You may decline photo use entirely, or limit use to internal records only, without affecting the care you receive. You may revoke your consent for future use at any time by emailing marklessclinic@gmail.com; previously published images cannot always be removed from third-party platforms.

We share information only as needed and with appropriate safeguards:

• Service providers who help us operate the business (e.g., GlossGenius for booking, payment processors, email and SMS platforms, CRM systems, web hosting, scheduling, and analytics)
• Healthcare professionals when a referral or coordination of care is needed and you have consented
• Advertising partners (e.g., Meta) for the purpose of delivering and measuring ads — typically through hashed identifiers, not raw personal data
• Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety or rights of our clients, staff, or business
